how to subscribe
Non-SLA Member
Subscription to the Discussion list is generally limited to SLA members. Drop a note to the list manager at william.lee@experian.com including your name and the e-mail address(es) you wish to use to subscribe to the list. Your request will be considered by the Chapter Board.
SLA Member
- You might want to print this page to help with following the instructions
- Go to http://www.sla.org/content/community/lists/joinlists.cfm
- If required, log into the Members Only area, using your UserID and password.
- When that screen opens, enter your e-mail address and name. If you do not use a password to access your e-mail, leave that space blank.
- Scroll down to our list, "Southern California Chapter" and check the box. Check the box(es) for any other lists to which you wish to subscribe.
- Click the box at the bottom of the page marked “Subscribe”
- You will get a confirmation stating that your request(s) has been forwarded.
- If you are not on a dedicated computer, don't forget to log out of the SLA Members Only section.

Guidelines
- All list subscribers may post directly to the list.
- Offensive, slanderous, or abusive language will not be permitted, and may cause loss of list subscription privileges.
- Jobs should not be posted to the list. Job listings should be sent to slasocaljobs@gmail.com.
Instructions
- If you are not a subscriber to the discussion list, send your potential posting to the discussion listmaster at william.lee@experian.com.
- If you are a discussion list subscriber, send your message to: sla-csca@lists.sla.org.
