Kathleen McElhinney is now a permanent employee with Capital Group’s intranet 's Design Team, a part of the Research Library Department. Her group is working to add a content management system to the backend of the company’s intranet. She is also working on the intranet's taxonomy, to be used both with the CMS and future searching and portal components. Previously, she worked in the Logicon Information Center.
